慢性脑缺血大鼠OXR表达的实验分析Study on the OXR expression of chronic cerebral ischemia in rats

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨慢性脑缺血时食欲素受体(OXR)的表达。方法通过结扎双侧颈总动脉(2VO)建立脑缺血模型,免疫组化测定OXR表达。结果慢性脑缺血是OX1R及OX2R出现了一致的表达变化,即缺血15d时二者表达均明显增加,1个月时下降,2个月时再次升高。缺血1个月时大部分神经细胞萎缩,而2个月时部分细胞恢复正常。结论提示缺血的早期OXR可能有诱导细胞凋亡的作用,而缺血的后期OXR可能有神经保护作用。
