整合素β_3与脑膜瘤血管生成关系的研究Study of the relationship between integrin-β_3 expression and angiogenesis in meningiomas

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :研究脑膜瘤中整合素β3的表达与肿瘤血管生成的关系及其作用。方法 :用原位杂交的方法检测36例脑膜瘤组织 ,2例正常硬脑膜及 3例蛛网膜组织中的整合素β3mRNA的表达 ;用免疫组化方法观察脑膜瘤中CD34 标记的微血管计数。结果 :整合素β3mRNA在良性脑膜瘤、不典型脑膜瘤、恶性脑膜瘤中的表达分别为 1 72±0 32 5 ,2 76± 0 2 4 5 ,2 93± 0 12 4 ,脑膜瘤中整合素β3mRNA的表达与微血管计数相关。结论 :整合素β3亚单位参与脑膜瘤的生长控制过程 ,随着整合素β3mRNA表达的增加 ,肿瘤的新血管形成活动增强 ,恶性程度增加。
