磁共振扩散峰度成像在帕金森病中的应用研究进展Research progress of magnetic resonance diffusion kurtosis imaging in Parkinson's disease

摘要(Abstract):
帕金森病的诊断和病情分析主要依赖于症状和体征,而无创无辐射的辅助检查较少,传统的磁共振扫描不能发现帕金森病异常。近年来基于扩散原理成像的磁共振技术应用越来越广泛,其中磁共振扩散峰度成像因其原理建立在非高斯分布基础上,较弥散张量成像更贴合人体真实情况,能早期、精准量化帕金森病脑组织微观结构的异常,故本文对帕金森病的扩散峰度成像研究进展进行综述。
