摘要(Abstract)：
<正>心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)简称房颤,是一种十分常见的心律失常。心房颤动时,心房特别是心耳处的肌肉几乎无收缩,心房内血流淤滞,容易形成附壁血栓,这种血栓脱落后形成栓子,进入脑血管则发生脑栓塞。Kimura等人研究表明大约有20%的脑栓塞是心源性,其中因房颤所导致
