盐酸阿罗洛尔与琥珀酸美托乐尔降压疗效对比研究

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察盐酸阿罗洛尔与琥珀酸美托乐尔治疗睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并高血压患者的降压疗效及对心率的影响。方法选择2011-03～2011-06我院就诊治疗的睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并高血压患者80例,随机分为2组,分别服用阿罗洛尔1片(10mg/片),1次/d,或琥珀酸美托乐尔(47.5mg/片)1片,1次/d,降压治疗。治疗4周后对照观察两组患者降压疗效及心率变化。结果阿罗洛尔组患者收缩压、舒张压及心率下降幅度分别为8.4mm Hg、7.2mm Hg和10.6次/min。琥珀酸美托乐尔组收缩压、舒张压及心率下降幅度分别为7.8mm Hg、6.7mm Hg和7.4次/min,2组间心率下降幅度有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿罗洛尔与琥珀酸美托乐尔均对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并高血压患者的降压治疗效果显著,阿罗洛尔降低心率较琥珀酸美托乐尔明显。
