定向软通道微创术与开颅术治疗老年高血压脑出血临床观察Clinical observation of directional soft channel minimally invasive surgery and craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage of elderly population

摘要(Abstract):
目的比较定向软通道微创术与开颅手术治疗老年高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法选取2012-01-2019-01中国人民解放军第72集团军医院收治的125例患者为研究对象,分别采取定向软通道微创术(观察组)和开颅血肿清除术(对照组),比较2组术后并发症发生率及预后。结果观察组术后肺部感染、水电解质平衡紊乱、营养不良等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),术后2组颅内再出血及颅内感染率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组预后良好率不良率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),2组致残率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论定向软通道微创术可迅速缓解颅内压,术后并发症少且预后良好,特别适用于伴有基础疾病难以耐受全身麻醉的老年患者。
