血浆中CD62p和hs-CRP与进展性缺血性脑卒中的关系Study on the relationship between plasma CD62p and hs-CRP in patients with pogressive cerebral infarction

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨血浆中CD62p和hs-CRP与进展性缺血性脑卒中的关系。方法急性脑梗死组100例,其中进展性脑梗死组(SIP组)40例,非进展组(NSIP组)60例,对照组50例,测定CD62p阳性率和hs-CRP水平,并进行对比分析与评价。结果 CD62p阳性表达率和hs-CRP(mg/L)的水平在SIP组进展前和进展后都高于正常对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;SIP组CD62p阳性表达率在进展后比进展前高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;SIP组在进展后CD62p阳性表达率在第3天最高,至第7、14天逐渐减低。第7天与第3天比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。第14天与第3天比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;第3天3组之间比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;第7天SIP组和NSIP组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;但第14天SIP组和NSIP组比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论 CD62p阳性表达率和hs-CRP水平与进展性脑梗死患者的病情发展密切相关。
