摘要(Abstract)：

<正>近二十余年,颈动脉内膜切除术(CEA)和颈动脉支架术(CAS)治疗脑血管狭窄较传统手术治疗有无可比拟的优势,它们的应用也越来越普及。脑过度灌注综合征(CHS)是该治疗不可避免要碰到的难题,虽然发生少,却能致命。从某种程度上来说,CHS已经阻碍了CEA和CAS的发展。最近关于CHS发生的机制、危险因素和预防措施等虽有不少新认识,但还有许多不太清楚和看似矛盾的地方,这些地方还有待进一步深入研究。
