5-FU局部缓释联合手术治疗脑胶质瘤临床研究Study of surgical excision combined with controlled releasing 5-FU chemotherapy on glioma

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察5-FU局部缓释联合手术治疗脑胶质瘤的临床疗效。方法 40例胶质瘤病人通过开颅手术方式植入5-FU多聚缓释体,随访6~24周,通过影像学检查,比较手术前及术后肿瘤体积变化,并观察瘤周水肿情况及术后不良反应。结果 23例病人术后病情稳定。28例患者术后无化疗不良反应。肿瘤平均径在术后6、12和24周以上均有显著缩小。其中第12周随访病例肿瘤平均径缩小最显著。结论 5-FU局部缓释联合手术治疗治疗脑胶质瘤安全有效,无明显不良反应。
