<正>无症状性脑梗死(silent brain infarction,SBI)是指临床上缺乏相应的神经系统症状与体征,经头颅CT、MRI或尸解能发现的脑梗死灶。我国1995年在四川成都召开的第四届全国脑血管病学术会议上将SBI正式归入脑血管病分
