MMP-9和TIMP-1表达与小儿神经母细胞瘤生物学行为相关性研究Correlation study between the MMP-9 and TIMP-1 expression with biological behavior in pediatric neuroblastoma

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨MMP-9和TIMP-1蛋白与小儿神经母细胞瘤生物学行为之间的关系。方法运用免疫组化S-P法检测56例神经母细胞瘤组织中MMP-9、TIMP-1蛋白的表达。结果 56例神经母细胞瘤组织中41例MMP-9蛋白阳性表达,阳性率为73.2%,MMP-9高表达与神经母细胞瘤临床分期关系密切(P<0.05);29例TIMP-1蛋白阳性表达,阳性率为51.8%,TIMP-1低表达与神经母细胞瘤临床分期关系密切(P<0.05);神经母细胞瘤组织中MMP-9、TIMP-1蛋白表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-9和TIMP-1蛋白表达与神经母细胞瘤恶性程度、转移和预后关系密切,可作为判断预后和指导治疗的参考指标,并有望成为神经母细胞瘤基因治疗的新靶点。
