摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨更昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦在小儿病毒性脑炎中的临床治疗效果。方法选取2014-11—2017-01医院收治小儿病毒性脑炎患者62例,随机数字法分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=31)。对照组采用阿昔洛韦片治疗,观察组采用更昔洛韦治疗,采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定2组治疗前、后神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、白介素-6(IL-6)和白介素1β(IL-1β)水平,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后7 d发热、头痛、呕吐、抽搐及意识恢复症状消失时间,短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后7 d炎症因子NSE、IL-6、IL-1β水平低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后7 d并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿病毒性脑炎患者采用更昔洛韦治疗效果理想,能缩短症状改善时间,降低炎症因子水平。
