摘要(Abstract):
<正>食管癌是一种常见的消化道癌肿,其发病率在消化道恶性肿瘤中仅次于胃癌,我国是世界上食管癌高发地区之一[1]。食管癌患者由于术前存在不同程度的吞咽困难、摄入量不足;术后又需禁饮禁食,故患者代谢与营养失调的问题特别值得关注[2]。以前采用全胃肠外营养对食管癌术后患
