癫痫与心率变异性的研究进展Research progress of epilepsy and heart rate variability

摘要(Abstract):
癫痫影响着全球数千万人的健康,尽管已经对其进行了许多研究,但癫痫对于我们来说仍然是一个巨大的挑战。越来越多的研究表明,癫痫患者存在心脏自主神经系统功能紊乱,可能是癫痫患者意外猝死的机制之一。心率变异性(HRV)被认为是评价心脏自主神经功能的一个重要的非侵入性指标。癫痫患者存在发作相关的HRV变化,且近年来科研人员通过HRV对癫痫患者的发作进行预测、监测以及评估癫痫患者猝死风险,本文就此类研究进行综述。
