反复脑梗死的POEMS综合征1例及文献复习

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>POEMS综合征是一种与浆细胞异常增生有关的多系统损害疾病,临床上合并脑梗死极少见,而以反复脑梗死为突出表现的POEMS综合征仅Tracey Garcia等[1]在2007年报道了2例,国内尚未见。本文通过报道1例因反复脑梗死2次入住我科治疗的的POEMS综合征病例,复习相关文献,对其临床表现、血液有形成分、电生理、影像学及可能的病理生理机制进行分析,探讨POEMS综合征与脑梗死之间的内
