老年腰椎滑脱合并椎管狭窄症患者的术后神经功能恢复影响因素分析

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨老年腰椎滑脱合并椎管狭窄症患者术后神经功能恢复影响因素及手术疗效。方法回顾性分析2006-01~2009-12在我院脊柱外科中心行手术治疗的58岁以上腰椎滑脱合并椎管狭窄症患者52例,术后给予中西医综合治疗。结果所有患者随访1.5~7.2 a,平均3.5 a。随访时患者神经性跛行均有不同程度缓解,ODI由术前(61.02±6.49)分改善至(26.91±7.91)分;VAS由术前(8.1±1.3)分改善至术后(5.2±1.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。52例患者中46例手术效果满意,满意度达88.5%。结论老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者在手术治疗基础上结合中西医综合治疗,可获得较满意的疗效。
