摘要(Abstract):
<正>棕榈油作为世界上第二大食用油,是由热带植物油棕提炼出的一种饱和度较高的油脂,曾经被推测有可能会增加人体血清中胆固醇含量。但经过许多专家进一步的实验论证,发现食用棕榈油不但不会增加血清中的胆固醇,反而有降低胆固醇的趋势;已有实验证实,棕榈油在大鼠高血压和动脉
