摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨如何减少脑室-腹腔分流术后并发症及提高手术效果。方法 128例脑积水患者行脑室-腹腔分流术,并对术前准备、术中操作、术后处置进行回顾性分析。结果术后128例患者的临床症状均获得明显改善,38例患者脑室形态恢复正常;随访发现1例分流管阻塞行分流管置换术。结论脑室-腹腔分流术目前已成为治疗脑积水的一种主要的手术方式,可通过术前准备、术中操作、术后处理减少并发症的发生。
