摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1病例分析患者男,37岁,以"头痛5 d"为主诉入院。5 d前无明显诱因出现双颞部搏动性头痛,伴恶心,尚可忍受,用止痛药效果不明显。1 d前出现烦躁、嗜睡、言语不清,发热约38.0℃,症状进行性加重,应用甘露醇有短暂好转,为求治疗入院。体格检查:嗜睡状态,间断烦躁,双侧瞳孔等大等圆,直径约3 mm,对光反射灵敏,四肢肌张力正常,肌力均为4级,
