急性缺血性脑卒中机械取栓患者血清标志物研究进展Research progress of serum markers in patients with acute ischemic stroke undergoing mechanical thrombectomy

摘要(Abstract):
急性缺血性脑卒中因其高发病率、高复发率、高致残率及高病死率给患者和社会带来巨大影响,机械取栓或拉栓等血管再通技术很大程度降低了患者的致残率和病死率,但血管再通治疗后容易出现缺血再灌注损伤、脑出血等并发症,近年研究显示,血清标志物是预测血管再通后并发症发生风险的有效手段。本文通过综述急性缺血性脑卒中患者机械取栓治疗后血清中各种炎症性指标和蛋白指标的不同水平变化,为利用血清标志物评估血管再通治疗的适应证选择及预后风险评估提供科学依据。
