摘要(Abstract)：

目的 探讨阿尔茨海默病患者治疗过程中以家属协同延续性护理联合音乐疗法，对其生活质量的影响。方法 纳入研究的70例阿尔茨海默病患者，均选自2020-01—2021-01在河南科技大学第一附属医院行对照治疗的患者，对照组35例采用常规护理，观察组35例采用家属协同延续性护理模式联合音乐疗法。分别以生活能力量表（ADL）及精神量表（MMSE）、焦虑量表（SAS）、抑郁量表（SDS）、生活质量量表（SF-36）为基准，评定2组患者干预前后的生活能力、精神状态、负面情绪、生活质量数据。比较2组的满意度。结果 干预前2组患者的ADL及MMSE评分无统计学差异（P>0.05）；干预后观察组患者的ADL及MMSE评分较对照组优，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预前2组患者的SDS、SF-36等评分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后观察组患者的SDS、SF-36（生活质量量表）等评分比对照组优，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。满意度数据观察组（94.28%）较对照组（82.85%）高（P<0.05）。结论 对阿尔茨海默病患者采用家属协同延续性护理模式联合音乐疗法，可起到稳定患者情绪，改善患者精神状态及提高生活质量的效果。
