枕叶癫的临床表现和脑电图分析Analysis of clinical and electroencephalographic features in patients with occipital epilepsy

摘要(Abstract)：
目的总结枕叶癫的临床表现及脑电图特点,以提高临床诊断水平。方法回顾分析16例枕叶癫患者完整的临床资料,总结其发作症状学、影像学及脑电图(EEG)等方面的特征。结果 16例枕叶癫患者中,14例出现发作期或发作后头痛,13例发作性视觉症状表现突出,11例出现发作性客观眼部异常运动,肢体运动症状、植物神经症状、自动症在枕叶癫发作过程中也可以出现。脑电图特点:发作期或间歇期一侧或双侧枕叶的痫性放电。本组7例儿童枕叶癫患者,无脑器质性损害,对抗癫药物(AEDs)反应良好,为儿童良性癫。结论枕叶癫有比较特征的临床和脑电图表现,一般可以做出正确诊断。
