原花青素在D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠大脑、心脏组织中的抗氧化作用Anti-oxidative effects of proanthocyanidins in the aged rat induced by D-galactose

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨原花青素(PC)在D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠大脑、心脏组织中的抗氧化作用。方法取健康6月龄Wist-ar大鼠50只,雌雄各半,分性别随机均分为正常对照组、衰老模型组、维生素E(VE)组、PC 120mg/kg和60mg/kg 2个剂量组等5组(各10只),分别给予相应的处理。测定各组大鼠大脑、心脏组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平、丙二醛(MDA)水平及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平。结果衰老模型组较正常对照组大鼠大脑、心脏组织中的SOD水平降低、MDA水平升高、GSH-Px水平降低(P<0.01),各用药组较衰老模型组大鼠大脑、心脏组织中的SOD水平升高、MDA水平降低、GSH-Px水平升高(P<0.01),PC 120mg/kg组与VE组的三者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),PC 60mg/kg组与其他2个用药组的三者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PC对D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠大脑、心脏组织具有抗氧化作用,可能具有延缓衰老的作用。
