营养补充剂喜舒复对伴认知障碍的老年慢性病人群血清营养指标及认知功能的影响Effect of Nutritional supplements Xishufu on serum nutritional indexes and cognitive function in elderly patients with chronic diseases associated with cognitive impairment

摘要(Abstract):
目的 分析伴轻度认知障碍的老年慢性病人群口服营养补充剂喜舒复对血清营养指标和认知功能的影响。方法 纳入确诊为原发性高血压、2型糖尿病、冠心病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等一项或多项慢性病伴轻度认知功能障碍的老年患者120例,常规组60例予常规饮食干预,研究组60例在常规饮食的基础上口服营养补充剂喜舒复。对2组患者的血清营养指标、认知功能、不良反应以及满意度等进行分析。结果 2组体重指数(BMI)、三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组上臂围(MAC)高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组前白蛋白(PAB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血白蛋白(ALB)均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率上,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在临床满意度上,研究组(93.33%)高于常规组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 伴轻度认知障碍的老年慢性病人群口服白蛋白肽营养补充剂能够有效改善血清营养指标,促进认知功能恢复,提高整体的身体状态,改善生活质量与自理能力,不良反应较少,参与者满意度高。
