脑梗死分子遗传学研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
脑梗死是临床常见病、多发病,大量研究表明,脑梗死是一种多基因遗传病,随着分子生物学技术研究方法和手段的不断进展,在分子水平上探讨脑梗死的发生和发展及诊断和治疗受到极大关注。本文论述了脑梗死与相关基因的研究进展,在此基础上对脑梗死的基因诊断及治疗进行展望,为该病的分子遗传学为基础的病因学研究及诊治提供借鉴。
