大骨瓣减压并颞肌贴敷术治疗大面积脑梗死25例临床分析

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨大骨瓣减压并颞肌贴敷术治疗大面积脑梗死的手术适应证、手术方法及临床疗效。方法回顾分析我院20001-02～2008-02收治的25例大面积脑梗死行大骨瓣减压并颞肌贴敷术患者的临床资料及预后。结果根据GOS的评分标准,良好12例(48%),中残4例(16%),重残5例(20%),植物生存2例(8%),死亡2例(8%)。结论大骨瓣减压并颞肌敷术能提高大面积脑梗死患者的生存率、生活质量。
