婴儿单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎脑脊液检查、临床表现与病原学检测

摘要(Abstract)：
目的分析单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎(HSVE)临床表现和脑脊液检查特点。方法回顾分析郑州儿童医院2007-03~2010-06收治的79例婴儿病毒性脑炎患者资料,对患儿的主要临床表现、脑脊液检查结果和病原学结果进行分析。结果经酶联免疫吸附试验和聚合酶链反应检测确诊为单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎24例,脑脊液白细胞及时增高和癫全身发作与HSV阳性相一致,所有HSVE患儿均有非特异系统症状,血性脑脊液等其他脑脊液检查结果均不能预示HSVE感染。结论婴儿HSV感染临床表现缺乏显著特点,脑脊液白细胞计数有助于本病的诊断,应尽早进行病原学检查。
