摘要(Abstract)：

目的利用血气分析快速鉴别癫痫及非癫痫意识障碍患者。方法收集2016-01—2019-01于福建医科大学附属第二医院急诊科患者500例,根据入组标准及排除标准最终确定183例患者纳入研究,其中癫痫组131例,非癫痫组52例。对入组的患者于发作2 h内进行血气分析,并比较血气分析的结果。结果癫痫组的乳酸、碳酸氢根、阴离子间隙均高于非癫痫组。乳酸及阴离子间隙在鉴别癫痫及非癫痫意识障碍中发挥重要作用。癫痫组中血气分析结果存在性别差异。结论血气分析作为急诊科最常用的检查手段之一,在鉴别癫痫及非癫痫意识障碍患者发挥重要作用。
