以冻结步态为主要表现的临床病例分析及文献复习

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨以冻结步态为首发症状的一组运动障碍性疾病的临床特点。方法对3例以冻结步态为主要临床表现的患者进行临床及头MR影像分析。结果 1例诊断原发进行性冻结步态,2例临床诊断为帕金森综合征,但病因不同1例为脑小血管疾病,另1例为缺血缺氧性脑病。结论冻结步态可以是多种运动障碍疾病的首发临床表现。
